Good Morning everyone, its time to be fishing! We wanted to take a moment to share a few items to prepare you for the 2019 season. With our season opener only a week away, we wanted to mention a few notables for this season for those who may be pondering the WLPCBS trail. First & foremost, we encourage you to print out and complete the 2019 waiver here on the website under the “Charity Bass Series” menu heading. This is a once a year task. That waiver will be delivered to us via email & save you time on tournamant day. We are also setting up the online registration via pay-pal and should be up and running by the end of this weekend. WLPCBS has changed it format for 2019. Officially becoming a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization in December 2018, we are now offering a 100% payback, thanks to our sponsors, supporters and most of all our volunteer crew! We can not say enough about these folks on the team and behind the scenes. Registration fees are $110 per event, $10 goes towards BF & $5 held for the season ending classic. We have also added a points system for those anglers fishing 6 or more events qualifying for the TOY (Team of Year) award. The TOY will be crowned at the classic on October 19, 2019. Each team registering for their first event will be given a team number for the season, this is your identifying number. You will still receive a take off assignment per event in the order you register. During the season, each team will be allowed up to 2 substitutes for the season. Since we are fishing 2 different bodies of water, we want to allow ample opportunity for all teams to be competitive in both areas. Lastly, we will be hosting event 50/50’s and raffles. These funds raised will be 100% donated to the charity of that event, and all donations are staying local again this year. Our season long raffle will begin on event 1 and will run through the classic event in October, where the winners will be drawn. This year we are raffling off a Hero Go Pro camera and power stick (for your boat mounting) and a Yeti Cooler. ALL proceeds from this raffle will be donated to the Hope Baptist Church in memory of the late Lewis “Campbell” Edenton founder & owner of Sturgeon Creek Marina. We hope to surpass last years amazing numbers…
2019 looks to be another amazing season, and that is because of you the Angler. This trail is for you… The rules are simple: Have nothing but fun in a small tournament atmosphere, remain courteous & professional at all times, be willing to promote our motto of ” Paying It Forward”.

God Bless & we look forward to seeing you on the water..
